Mr Muscle® Drain Gel sinks through standing water and blockages to eliminate clogs and their unpleasant odours so you can clean less and do more.

If you purchase a Duo Pack of Mr Muscle® Drain Gel 500ml and Mr Muscle® Foamer 500ml and use these in accordance with its instructions and it fails to clear the blockage, we will refund 50% of your money up to the total value including VAT of £4.00.

The Money Back Guarantee is for promotional products only purchased between 00.01 BST on 16th May 2021 and 23.59 BST on 30th June 2025.

My Mr Muscle® Drain Gel 500 ml does not have a Promotional message on the pack, is it eligible?

Unfortunately not, only Duo packs with a Mr Muscle® Drain Gel Money Back guarantee printed on the label are eligible for the promotion. The details can be found at the front and the back of a Mr Muscle® Drain Gel product example below:

I have purchased a qualifying Mr Muscle® Drain Gel 500 ml and Mr Muscle® Foamer 500ml that are not part of a duo pack, can I still claim?

Unfortunately not, only Mr Muscle® Drain Gel 500 ml and Mr Muscle® Foamer 500ml Duo pack is eligible for the promotion.

How long is the Promotion Running for?

The promotion is running from 00.01 BST on the 16th May 2021 and closes at 23.59 BST on the 30th June 2025.

When can I Claim?

Claims can be made between 00.01 BST on the 16th May 2021 and 23.59 BST on the 30th June 2025.

How do I claim my Money back?

Purchase a qualifying Mr Muscle® Drain Gel and Mr Muscle® Foamer duo pack within the promotional period, if you use the product in accordance with its instructions and it fails to clear the blockage, then you are entitled to claim 50% of the purchase price up to a total of £4.00.

Visit www.musclemoneyback.com, select the Duo Pack option and complete the application form in full, providing:

• Your name, address, email, and telephone contact details
• UK bank account details for payment of the refund
• Your receipt clearly showing purchase for a product listed and receipt details including; receipt/invoice number, place of purchase
• An image of both promotional products in one photo which shows the promotional offer on the back of the Mr Muscle® Drain Gel
• A statement of no less than 15 words stating why after following the usage instructions the product did not work and you wish to make a claim for a refund
• Your claim must be received within the Claim Period, and all these requirements must be met in order to make a valid claim

Who can participate?

Mr Muscle® Drain Gel Drain Gel + Mr Muscle® Foamer 500ml Duo Pack Money Back guarantee is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, participants must hold a UK bank account in order to receive their money back. It is open to consumers only and neither retailers nor wholesalers may apply.

When will I receive my Money back?

If your claim was successful (you will have received an email notification of the outcome of your claim) your reward will be paid directly into your bank account. Please allow at least 30 days for receipt from approval of a valid claim, payments are processed on buisness days only and may take up to 3 days to reach your account.

Why did I not receive all my Money back?

The refund is for 50% of your purchase price up to the maximum of £4.00, so if you paid more than this you will only receive £4.00.

I do not have access to a computer - can I still enter this promotion?

Yes, you can, please use either a mobile phone or tablet and make sure you have internet access, but please note that unfortunately we do not accept claims by post.

Someone in my household has already claimed their money back, can I claim another one in this promotion?

Unfortunately not, there is only one claim per household.

I purchased a qualifying product, but I have lost my proof of purchase. Can I still claim my money back?

Unfortunately not, a proof of purchase is required to receive your Money Back.
